By grass-fed meat we mean meat from ruminant animals such as cattle that eat what they are “made for” - grass and herbs in the pasture in the summer, and in the winter, exclusively silage. Grass-fed meat is truly meat that is produced in a “sustainable” way!
The animals live under conditions similar to their original habitat, they grow slowly and the meat has time to develop a rich and full flavor. By eating food that we cannot eat (grass) in pastures and on pastures, the animals contribute to the biodiversity of the agricultural landscape, to keeping the land open from overgrowth and also to increased carbon storage.
In summary, this means that grass-fed cattle have a lower environmental impact than animals raised on concentrated feed, something that more and more consumers are demanding.
Simply a better alternative!
