A fine-tuned and humorous portrayal of a group of peculiar fantasy animals. The unseen animals take shape and color when they take their place on stage. Just cover your ears and listen to this quirky crowd!
KolKo presents the poetry animals Klumpantropus, Bipolar and Kakak with their differences and idiosyncrasies. Wanting to be seen and at the same time not, a contrast where everything can be contained in one and the same body.
The performance is based on a book by Ulf Stark and designed like a dance fairy tale, where the book is embodied through dance and movement.
The story becomes three-dimensional when the dancers play with the book's figures, emotions, language and add additional perspective to the read word.
Animals that no one has seen but us is a show that broadens the reading experience and attracts a love of reading.

Acclaimed soprano Angel Blue is the sophisticated French courtesan Magda, opposite tenor Jonathan Tetelman, making his Met debut as Ruggero, an idealistic young man who offers her an alternative to her life of excess. The bittersweet love story features a score that combines the charm of a Viennese operetta with the romance and heartbreak of Italian classics such as La Bohème and La Traviata.
Maestro Speranza Scappucci conducts Nicolas Joël's Art Deco-inspired production that transports the audience from the heart of Parisian nightlife to a dreamlike vision of the French Riviera in the 1920s. Soprano Emily Pogorelc and tenor Bekhzod Davronov—both making their Met debuts—round out the cast as Lisette and Prunier.
La Rondine has also been performed under the title Svalan in Sweden.

Info about Joel Nunez
Joel Nunez is a Cuban/American singer who was discovered on a cruise ship by a Swedish artist company, moved to Sweden and was named by the newspaper Megafonen as Norrland's most booked entertainer in 2014-2019 ( which was 850 gigs in Sweden during that time)! After a couple of years in his home country, Joel and his family moved back to Sweden in 2021 and he has ever since toured extensively, both as a solo artist, but has also done tours and concerts with Doug Seegers, Chris Kläfford, Shirley Clamp and Sonja Aldén. He also recently won together with Cecilia Kallin, the county final for Norrbotten of the music competition P4 next with the song "Wait for me", a strong song that has great potential to go on to the big national final in August.

At this concert, Joel together with his talented musicians will offer the greatest hits from the 50s, interspersed with his own material. There will be a lot from Elvis' fantastic repertoire and beloved classics from Roy Orbison. He alternates the music with short stories from his own life, both joy, sadness and laughter. It will be a powerful concert in the spirit of the 50s! Hope you want to come and enjoy what the 50s and 60s has to offer!

Bjärme, Jämtland. It is an almost improbable coincidence that the same small village in Norrland's interior, with less than 70 inhabitants, nurtured two such brilliant talents. The author Bodil Malmsten was born in Bjärme in 1944. The artist and songwriter Ellen Sundberg was born in Bjärme in 1992. The two are only a hundred meters and 48 years apart. When Bodil Malmsten died in 2016, she left a big void behind. A wayward authorship and a distinctive portrayer of the experience of growing up in both the city and the country no longer existed. Malmsten ended up in a foster home in Vällingby as a teenager. A background whose split nature was a recurring theme in her writing. Not least in the acclaimed autobiography My First Life.
Since her debut in 2013, Ellen Sundberg has released four English-language albums, two of which were recorded in the USA, in Texas and Nashville, respectively. She had her wider breakthrough with the critically acclaimed album You sold my ticket, where she interprets Kjell Höglund, where she showed a rare ability to portray text. In email correspondence, Bodil encouraged Ellen Sundberg to start singing in Swedish. Ellen had previously considered bringing out the inherent music in Bodil Malmsten's poetry. But the specific goal of creating something uniform for the stage provided a welcome input into the selection of texts that had previously been lacking. Patterns and themes soon emerged. About death, loss, longing and exclusion. About rootlessness and roots. About city and country. And soon the work began to immortalize the music that flowed from Ellen also on record.
A flare for Bodil Malmsten is both an album and a musical performance. The album was released in 2021 and the show then made a successful tour through Sweden. Now the turn has come to Piteå and the Festival.

The words are Pernilla Andersson's, and in 2024 she and the gun-slinger for almost 30 years, guitarist Fredrik Rönnqvist, will go out into the country. Pernilla Andersson has started work on a new album so it will be a mix of new and old music that we will hear during the Festival. Pernilla Andersson is one of our most popular and touring artists, who has been nominated for a Grammy several times as composer of the year, artist of the year and singer/songwriter. In 2021, Pernilla received the Olle Adolphson scholarship, awarded by the Musical Academy with the rationale: Pernilla is a musical natural child in a producer suit of excellent cut. The mediocrity she experienced at an early age made her start looking further, to finally find her place. Through her honest lyrics and unique voice, she shares her feelings and her story - which tells us where she is today but also where she is going. When we noticed that this was something we were both very interested in, it became natural to write songs that dealt with this topic. With 10 years in På Spåret, as well as many TV concerts such as the Victoria concert, the band has gained a special place among the Swedish people, and they have worked with almost all major Swedish artists. But the time Sven-Bertil was with them in Pa? The track and, for the first time in public, Evert's "17th ballad" made a strong impression on them. Here the band is reinforced, among other things, by the fantastic LISA LÅNGBACKA on accordion. EDDA MAGNASON suddenly became nationally famous from being a celebrated artist in connoisseur circles. Her portrayal of Monica Zetterlund stunned both critics and a large film audience. But Edda's expression does not rest on someone else's, she is a personal artist with a wonderful voice and aura, constantly searching further in music - and also on the theater stage.
