Piteå’s largest park is located in Piteå central next to the cozy Strömsund Canal.
During the summer months, activities follow one another in the park. Flea markets, auctions, and park evenings are some of the most frequently attended events.
Badhusparken is a meeting place for both young and old and is often used for play, sunbathing, and picnics on the green lawns.
NPNP – New Plants for the Northern Periphery Market
In Badhusparken there is the NPNP demonstration park. This romantically designed oasis is the result of an EU project in which Piteå participated. In the demonstration park, you can stroll along the winding paths and admire beautiful plants. All planting areas have a sign with a planting plan.
