Rosfors Ekopark offers an exceptionally beautiful environment for forest bathing with its natural forests that approach the character of a primeval forest. During the spring, the forest is buzzing with birdsong, during the summer the forest flowers welcome us and during late summer berries and mushrooms invite us to exciting sensory experiences.
We follow a well-trodden forest path while following the forest bathing process that gives you stress relief, opens your senses and deepens your contact with nature. We end the forest bathing by making coffee/tea over an open fire for some genuine outdoor life by a calming forest lake.
