Café at Piteå Ice Arena

Ice Café at Norrstrand

On the ice at Norrstrand, in the heart of Piteå, you’ll find an ice café open during the most beautiful days of late winter and early spring. The café is open as long as the Piteå Ice Arena is open and weather conditions allow.

Please note that the kiosk closes if temperatures drop below -13°C or during very windy conditions.

At the kiosk, we serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soft drinks, sweets, pastries, and hot sausages. A barbecue area with firewood is available next to the café for visitors to use.

When the ice track is open, you can borrow a kick sled free of charge and head out for a memorable ride on the ice. Sleds are available for both adults and children. The only requirement is that the sled is returned to the designated sled parking area in the same condition after use.
