Society is changing rapidly. The energy system is being expanded, new establishments are emerging and the jobs of the future are taking shape. But how do we create development that both provides growth and local benefits, and feels right for those who live and work here?

In this conversation, business, society and decision-makers meet to discuss the direction forward. How do we combine growth with responsibility? Who decides what? And how do we create a common plan that lasts over time and that people actually want to be a part of?
