Amanda Bergman – Festspelen i Piteå

With one of Sweden's most distinctive and warmest voices, Amanda Bergman has touched audiences around the world for over a decade. Since her solo debut Docks in 2016, she has established herself as one of the country's most unique artists - while also being a farmer, releasing several albums with the supergroup Amason, starting the concert venue Rockbonden and creating music that moves equally naturally between the intimate and the grand.

 

In January 2025, Amanda Bergman returned with the album Embraced for a second as we die, the follow-up to the double Grammy-winning Your Hand Forever Checking On My Fever. Here, the personal and the political meet in a music that attempts to capture the present as it unfolds - the small quiet moments, a world that shakes, people who disappear and love as an act of resistance. The result is as vulnerable as it is powerful, where euphoria and despair coexist in every note.

 

On stage, Amanda Bergman creates an atmosphere that is both close and enveloping – a concert experience where her voice is the centerpiece and where each song carries its own story.

 

The concert can also be experienced as part of the Festival Pass or the Saturday ticket, where you also get to experience Valter Nilsson on the same day.
