Superstar Nina Stemme is one of Sweden's most internationally acclaimed dramatic sopranos. She has won many prizes and awards, including the government's honorary award for "extraordinary efforts for Swedish music exports" in 2016 and The Birgit Nilsson Prize in 2018. Stemme regularly sings on the world's most prestigious opera stages: Wiener Staatsoper, London Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, La Scala in Milan, the Metropolitan Opera in New York and the operas in Frankfurt and Zurich. The versatile pianist Magnus Svensson is considered one of Scandinavia's leading interpreters of the classical piano repertoire. Among the singers he happily collaborates with are Bryn Terfel, Ian Bostridge, Pretty Yende, Christoph Prègardien, Dorothea Roschmann, Ann Hallenberg, Johanna Wallroth, Miah Persson, Christina Nilsson and of course Nina Stemme.
