Festspelen i Piteå - Isabella Lundgren - All or nothing at all

Isabella Lundgren is one of Sweden's leading jazz singers and a world-class artist. With a fantastic voice and unique intensity, she has the ability to literally captivate her audience. Isabella has been nominated for a Grammy and has been awarded numerous prizes and scholarships. In recent years, we have seen her sing both at the Sports Gala and SVT's New Year's Concert, Allsång at Skansen and in På Spåret. In 2016, Isabella gave an attention-grabbing Summer Talk in P1 where she highlighted several of the life issues that are also reflected and are central to her music.
 

Under the banner of All, or nothing at all, Isabella sings the American songbook's most disturbing arias of heartbreak, longing and rising, over and over again, composed and performed by some of the most iconic and powerful women in music history: Billie Holliday, Judy Garland, Edith Piaf, Maria Callas, Shirley Bassey & Barbra Streisand. The women who threw themselves into the music with the big emotions, who broke the hearts of both the audience and themselves.
