Coordination meeting in Stockholm
On November 12, representatives from the Municipalities of Växjö and Piteå will meet with the steering and monitoring team from An Giang. The meeting will be hosted by SEA, the Swedish Energy Agency which also has an upcoming project together with Ho Chi Minh University and the An Giang District. The Swedish main sponsor is SIDA, the Swedish International Development Agency.
MC meeting in Piteå
November 13-15, the Vietnamese delegation headed by the vice chairman of People’s Committee in An Giang, Mr Huynh The Nang will be in Piteå during these days. A Monitoring Committee Meeting will take place and the Vietnamese delegation will also participate in a Conference regarding energy and environment.
Piteå visits An Giang
November 26- 29, a delegation from Piteå will visit An Giang and together with their Vietnamese counterparts continue the work in the project. The focus will be the development of a GIS- data base geographic information system, which will be used as a baseline for development of a climate and energy plan.
